Don Lubach, Associate Omsbuds

Don Lubach, who earned a Ph.D. in Education from UCSB’s Givertz Graduate School of Education has served as a local educator for more than 30 years. He has taught courses at UCSB, SBCC, Antioch, and Pacifica Graduate Institute. 

As an Associate Ombuds, Don is available to listen confidentially to members of the UCSB community serving as a “trusted navigator” as they face various challenges and opportunities. Full disclosure, we are members of the Don Lubach Fan Club, and we hope his contagious enthusiasm comes through in this interview.
